It takes just a few steps to get signed on with us so we can start sending you show opportunities suited to your skills and interests.

  1. Email your resume to and we will contact you to schedule a video chat with our recruiting team.
    This helps us get to know each other and answer any questions we both might have.

  2. Go to and click “Sign Up” to create your Profile.
    The more complete your profile, the easier it is for us to “sell you” and get you on shows. Don’t discount the value of photos, graphics, and a complete breakdown of your skills.

  3. After your Discussion, fill out a W-9 and sign the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).
    We’ll need both of those before you finish your first show with us so that we can get you paid.

  4. Next, check out the AVLancer Welcome Guide and keep an eye out  for an email regarding setting up a account with us.
    These should answer most questions you have.

  5. Keep eyes and ears open.
    Show opportunities may come by email, text and phone.
